PRE-DIALYSIS PROGRAMME
Predialysis is a clinical situation in which the patient has significant impairment of kidney function that will ultimately lead to either death or inclusion in kidney replacement therapy (dialysis and/or transplantation), Dietary needs of renal patients may vary with the progression.
PERITONEAL DIALYSIS (HOME DIALYSIS)
Home dialysis is done by the patient and/or care partner. The patient and care partner are trained and supervised by professional nurses to do dialysis treatments on their own. There are two types of home dialysis: peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD).

SONGIMPILO- KIDNEY CARE PRE-DIALYSIS PROGRAMME
This is a programme designed to manage patients who are pre disposed to kidney failure but not yet due for dialysis. Our intervention is to lead to a proper and early diagnosis and management.
